Mountain Biking

Our Valley is surrounded by beautiful mountains with endless amounts of trails to ride. Snowbasin is minutes away and is the home to lift accessible mountain biking. If you are in the mood for more of a thrill- riding downhill biking, check our ski resort at Wolf Creek Utah. Just Ask for a Pathways map, and we can direct you where to go! Flat Water Kayak Rentals

Take a relaxing self- guided journey with flat water kayaks. The Adventure team will be available to give you a quick instruction, help you safely strap it to your vehicle, and send you on your way to one of the spectacular reservoirs close by that will give you breath taking scenery of wildlife canyons and the surrounding mountains. Choose from a tandem, single, or sit in for your adventure!

Guided Hiking

Tours take place at our ski resort and offer a unique area. On the hike, you will take a scenic chairlift ride to the top, then wind your way down through the trees and trails. The guide will help identify native plants and trees. It is catered to your experience level, last approximately one to two hours and can be difficult, moderate or easy. If you are looking for something a little bit longer, you can try a half day guided hike. The guide will help you choose the location from variety of trails. Included are a trail snack, water, and scenic chairlift ride.

“Treasure Island” Geo Cache Hunt

Long John Silver would be proud to call ya “matey” after completing our pirate themed geo- cache. Use a GPS to lead you through the wild and water while you are trying to guess what the next clue is. If you are visiting with your family and have younger children with you, this is the tour to pick! GPS, trail snack, water, kayak rental, life jackets, and paddles all included in tour.

Horseback Rides

Try saddling up and steppin on a horse while you vacation! We have knowledgeable horse wranglers to help you on our trail ride. The private trail is great for the novice horseback rider, but is also beautiful enough to keep even the most experienced riders entertained. A variety of times are available for your convenience!

Whitewater Rafting

You and your guide will be navigating the class II whitewaters of the Weber River located close by to the resort. The scenery is unbeatable; it includes narrow canyons, high cliffs and the unique Devil’s Slide. Shuttle at the river, gear, and lunch are all provided. A Great adventure for ages 5 to 80!

Hot Air Ballooning

This is a thrilling experience for the whole family! Early morning hot air balloon rides year-round give you access to the most breathtaking views of the surrounding Wasatch Mountains and the valleys below. Each flight concludes with a champagne celebration and brunch. We hope to have the opportunity to share our personal world class flying with you. We suggest reservations at least one week in advance. Most flight times last one to one and a half hours. Plan on three to four hours duration with set-up and take-down. Make sure to bring your camera.

Fishing

"A bad day of fishing beats a good day at work!" Fly or bait fish with our experienced fishing guide. Enjoy some of the best fishing in the country with endless amounts of rivers, lakes and reservoirs just minutes away. We cater to all levels of fishing expertise and promise you a day to remember. Rental equipment, guide, and lunch provided.

Powzilla Summer Safari 4x4 Tour

Guided tours in oversized off-road vehicles take guests to spectacular sites over the resort’s 10,000+ acres that would otherwise be inaccessible to the public by vehicle. Each three-hour tour will be tailored to meet the desires of the individual guests and to take advantage of the changing scenery, wildlife, and weather. Typical areas to be explored include Lightning Ridge, Cobabe Canyon and Three Mile Trail to Hidden Lake. The overlook into Ogden Valley from the south end of the property should not be missed. This view includes all of Ogden Valley, the Great Salt Lake, Uintah Mountains, Wyoming, Idaho and Nevada.

Did we mention that there is the Pineview Reservoir less than five minutes from our resort? Pineview is 5 sq. miles of entertainment and fun for your family. Pick a day to spend at the lake with a ski boat, fishing boat, Jet Ski, wave runner and more.
